Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us — Send an email to yo@thieve.co with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. We review — Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. Refund issued — Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you — including return shipping.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, simply request a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

For standard refund requests, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For damaged or defective items, we will cover return shipping in full.
